Wondering "Is this too minor to bother a doctor with?" is itself a perfectly good reason to seek care. Please share whatever concerns you have.
Not sure which department you need? That’s exactly when you should reach out to us.
Not sure which department you need? That’s exactly when you should reach out to us.

You don’t need to figure out a diagnosis or decide which medical department to visit on your own. Our director, experienced in both emergency and general medicine, serves as your first point of contact and provides the initial response to any symptom. He will accurately determine whether your condition can be handled online, requires an in-person visit, or should be seen by a specialist.

We treat sudden fevers, chills, persistent coughs, sore throats, phlegm, and runny noses. Please consult us if over-the-counter medicine isn’t helping, or if you need an influenza or COVID-19 test.

Stomachaches, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and more. We handle everything from sudden issues caused by unfamiliar food to chronic stomach troubles, and we can prescribe gut-regulating medication when needed.

Throbbing headaches, chest pain, palpitations, and similar symptoms. We assess whether a serious underlying condition may be present and, if necessary, promptly refer you to an appropriate specialist hospital or emergency department.

Sudden rashes, hives, insect bites, itchiness, and more. Even through the screen of an online consultation, we can assess many conditions to a certain extent and prescribe medication.

Scrapes, cuts, and minor burns from falls and accidents. During in-person visits or house calls, we can also provide wound care such as stopping bleeding and suturing.

We treat sudden illnesses in children, such as fevers and coughs. Based on Japanese guidelines, online consultations are available for children from 4 months of age. (Details on the criteria for switching to an in-person visit for children will be added after medical review.)

We also treat symptoms that may indicate a bladder infection, such as frequent urination, a feeling of incomplete emptying, and pain during urination.

We treat symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes caused by seasonal allergies. We provide consultations and can prescribe anti-allergy medications to help you manage your symptoms effectively.

We also address various other allergic reactions, such as sudden hives or skin rashes. Even through an online consultation, we can assess many conditions and prescribe appropriate relief.

Based on your consultation, we issue prescriptions for necessary medication, as well as school return certificates and other medical certificates for work or travel insurance claims. Medication can be picked up at a pharmacy, or we can arrange direct handover or delivery depending on your situation.

We offer various vaccinations through in-person visits or house calls.

At partner nurseries, when a child develops symptoms such as a fever, we provide medical advice to childcare staff and recommend medical care when needed. With the parent’s prior consent, the child can also connect directly to an online consultation from the nursery.
The consultation is conducted by our physician; the nursery simply provides the space. This lets parents get a doctor’s assessment before rushing out of work.

We provide house calls to hotels and other accommodations for travelers visiting Nagoya. Our clinic can also serve as a medical consultation desk for companies with foreign employees. For details, please see “For Hotels & Businesses.”
If our assessment shows that you need emergency transport or testing with advanced medical equipment, we will tell you so clearly. Rather than leaving you to search for a hospital on your own, we use our partner network to refer you to the most appropriate specialized medical institution.
