How It Works The consultation process

Here are the steps for each consultation style. No dedicated app is required for any of them.

For online consultations

Book your appointment → Consult a doctor by video call → Receive your prescription and medication.

Before your consultation, prepare your identification or health insurance card and information about any medication you are taking. Pre-register your credit card; payment is processed after the consultation.

  1. Book (Web / LINE)

Book directly via the web booking button or LINE. Our instant booking system lets you choose an open slot right away.

  2. Online consultation

At your appointment time, you’ll have a video consultation from your smartphone or computer.

  3. Prescriptions & medical certificates

Based on your consultation, we issue prescriptions and medical certificates. To suit most people’s preferences, we send them right away as PDF files via email or LINE.

  4. Receiving your medication

Choose whichever option is convenient for you:

    • If you want your medication right away:
We send a fax or electronic prescription to a nearby pharmacy of your choice, so you can pick it up right after your consultation.
    • If you’d like it delivered home:
We ship it from our clinic or partner pharmacies. (Delivered the following evening or later; a delivery fee of around 1,000 JPY applies.)
  5. (If an in-person visit is needed)

If online assessment is difficult, we’ll guide you to visit our clinic or refer you to an appropriate partner hospital.

For in-person clinic visits
Our clinic prioritizes appointments. Please book via Web or LINE before visiting our clinic in Atsuta-ku, Nagoya. (Walk-ins are possible, but you may have to wait.)

For house calls to hotels, etc.
  1. Book (Web / LINE)

As with online consultations, request a house call via Web or LINE.

    Request a house call

    Add us on LINE

  2. Confirming the visit

We check with your hotel or accommodation to confirm whether a house call is possible.

  3. Examination at your location

The doctor comes directly to your hotel room. Since we generally arrive within 30–60 minutes, there’s no need for you to travel anywhere.

  4. Treatment & medication

After the examination, we hand over any necessary medication on the spot and issue a medical certificate.

  5. (If advanced care is needed)

If we determine that more detailed testing or advanced treatment is required, we promptly refer you to a partner hospital.

About Fees

To remove the worry of “not knowing how much it will cost,”
we offer clear, single-price packages for those without Japanese health insurance.

For those without Japanese health insurance
(travelers, etc. / out-of-pocket)

So that even those unfamiliar with the Japanese medical system can use our services with peace of mind, we’ve set clear pricing that bundles the consultation and basic testing together.

In-person consultation / Online consultation:
30,000 JPY (tax included)
Includes:
consultation, rapid testing (influenza, COVID-19, etc.), prescription issuance, and medical certificate.
* Medication costs are charged separately at the pharmacy.
House call:
100,000 JPY (tax included)
Includes:
consultation, rapid testing, medication (prescription), medical certificate, and transportation.
* Some special medications, tests or procedures may incur additional fees.

Please note:

For those who do not have Japanese health insurance, full payment is required; however, our fees are set with the possibility of your filing a claim with your home country’s health insurance or international travel insurance. The fees for issuing medical certificates and other documents required for your claim are included in our fees.

Medication provided during a house call or by prescription may, in rare cases, cause side effects such as rashes or stomach discomfort depending on your constitution or allergies. Please inform us during your consultation of any pre-existing conditions, allergies, or medications you are currently taking.

For those with Japanese health insurance
(insured care)
If you have Japanese National Health Insurance or Social Insurance, medical fees are calculated by the same standards as any medical institution nationwide. Your out-of-pocket share of medical and medication costs is generally 30%.

Child medical expense subsidies are available. Depending on your municipality, you may be required to pay the applicable out-of-pocket medical expenses first and then apply for reimbursement from your local government.

FAQ Common concerns before your visit

I'm not sure which department I should visit

Our clinic specializes in primary care (initial and general medicine). “Not knowing which department” is exactly the time to reach out—for anything from children to adults, please feel free to consult us about any health concern.

Can you treat injuries and wounds?

Yes. For in-person visits and house calls, we can provide treatment such as suturing (stitching wounds) for minor injuries.

Can I get a health check-up?

We offer some health check-up services, but as our clinic does not have X-ray equipment, we may not be able to accommodate certain requested tests. Please contact us for details.
